Where is my order?

Remember you can check the status of your order at any time by logging on to My Account and select the order you need to track, and check the status of shipment.

If you are not a registered customer, you may not be able to track your order, however you can Email us and we will get back to you shortly. But to avoid delay, we suggest you to register yourself before placing an order.

What is our Loyalty Programme?

For every Rs. 100 you spend, you get 10 points added to your account, and 1 point = 1 Rupee. You can redeem your points for any product available on https://www.azoresworld.com/. These points are non-refundable and non transferable. These points are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are ONLY eligible for exchange once you have equivalent points for the products you desire. For instance, if you want to buy a product worth Rs. 300/- you Upon, accepting your exchange request, we will issue you a new invoice and send the product.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

You have up to 15 days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or color; or to request for store credit.
You can fill out the Contact Form or write to us on info@azoresworld.com with the subject- “Exchange/Return Request- Order No.”.
Our team will get in touch with you within 1-2 working days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

One can cancel the order only before the shipment has been sent. 
If you change your mind, you can return your products once you have received your order. For more information, consult the Exchanges and Returns section.

I have a promotional or discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?

When you arrive at the order summary, click on “I have discount coupon.” Enter the coupon code. If it is valid on the purchase, the discount will be deducted from the final total payable.

How can I pay for my purchases?

ONLINE PAYMENTS: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Payments, Mobile Wallets.
CASH ON DELIVERY: In light of the recent demonetization, Old 500 and 1000 Rupee notes will not be accepted.

I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will add the corresponding amount for this item amount to your store credit.
If you have not received any e-mail, contact Customer Services and will we reply to you as soon as possible.

Are the items included in the shopping basket reserved automatically?

No, including an item in the shopping basket does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping basket.
