Return & Exchange

We want you to love what you have purchased from us. Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and should there be any dissatisfaction with the item(s), you may return or exchange them using this Contact Form- Subject-“Return/ Exchange Request- Order No.”

You could also email us directly on with the subject title: “Return /Exchange Request- Order Number” for our team to process your exchange or return.

Return Conditions

Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original price label attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
For returns due to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s), a pick-up service will be arranged. Submit your request using the Contact Form and you will be contacted via email to arrange for your pick-up service. You will not bear the cost of shipping in this case.

A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.

Exchange or Store Credit

If you returned the item(s) due to sizing issues, you can request for the correct size when making your return. To do so, state on the contact form or the email the item you wish to exchange and the new size.
If this size is not available, we will add the amount to your store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If you wish to exchange your item for another model or colour, you must mention so on the form or email.
Please mention clearly whether store credit is needed or whether the item(s) need to be exchanged, in the form or email. Upon receiving your email, our team will get in touch with you about the same.


Store credit is applicable only for online purchases at AZORESWORLD.COM. Store credit is not applicable on any other website.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Store credit may be used to offset the value of new purchases made online at AZORESWORLD.COM. Normal shipping charges will apply for the subsequent orders purchased using store credit.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be used for purchase of any gift vouchers. Store credit will be directly credited into your AZORESWORLD.COM online account and can be used immediately upon receipt.
Store credit is tagged to your online account and is non-transferable.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are applicable on any merchandise redeemed with AZORESWORLD.COM store credit. Any unused value can be used in your future purchases. Multiple payment modes cannot be utilised within an order when sufficient store credit balance is available.
Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via credit card
